Florida licensing
Florida requires state certification for radon work. Under Section 404.056, Florida Statutes, a person may not perform radon measurement or mitigation for a fee unless certified by the Florida Department of Health, and certified individuals must work for a certified radon business. The Department of Health Radon Program publishes current lists of Florida certified radon mitigation businesses and individuals.
