Nebraska licensing

Nebraska requires a state license for anyone working in a radon occupation, including radon mitigation specialists and radon mitigation businesses. Licenses are issued by the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services under the Radiation Control Act and Title 180 NAC 11, and applicants must complete approved training and pass an approved examination. DHHS publishes a list of licensed radon mitigation businesses.
