New Hampshire licensing
New Hampshire law requires certification for any person who designs or installs airborne radon mitigation systems, under RSA 310-A:189-a. The statute requires certification from the AARST National Radon Proficiency Program or the National Radon Safety Board, and the New Hampshire Office of Professional Licensure and Certification publishes this requirement. Falsely claiming the certification is a violation under the same statute.
