Radon Contractor Licensing in Rhode Island
Rhode Island licensing
Rhode Island requires a state license for radon work. Under the state Radon Control regulations (216-RICR-50-15-2), no person may measure for radon or conduct associated radon mitigation activities unless licensed or certified, with separate licenses for Radon Contractor, Radon Supervisor, and Radon Worker. Licenses are issued by the Rhode Island Department of Health Radon Control Program, which publishes a public list of licensed radon professionals.
